Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

New accounts receive a limited free entitlement as described on the pricing page. No payment is required to start on Free.

2. Paid Plans

Payments are processed by our payment providers at the time of purchase. We generally do not offer refunds for partially or fully consumed plan periods.

3. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be granted when:

• you were charged in error or double-charged;
• the Service was unavailable for a sustained period through our fault;
• the purchase was made by mistake within a reasonable window and no material usage occurred.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@nicefrp.com with your account email, the payment reference, and the reason for the request. We review requests within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We cooperate with payment providers on dispute resolution. Repeated chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
