Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NiceFRP service (the "Service"), operated by the NiceFRP team (the "Operator").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. At registration you must confirm acceptance of these documents. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service.
2. The Service
NiceFRP provides managed reverse-proxy tunnels ("Tunnels") that expose your local network services to the internet. We provide the platform, client configuration, and node infrastructure; you remain responsible for the software, services, and content you expose.
Tunnels may be used only for lawful purposes. A summary of prohibited uses appears under Acceptable Use below; the full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may review tunnel usage for compliance and security, and may restrict, stop, or ban accounts under that policy.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You may not share access credentials that allow others to consume your quota or expose your Tunnels.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the AUP and, where appropriate, report matters as required by law.
4. Paid Plans and Refunds
Paid plans, trial entitlements, and traffic allowances are described on the pricing pages. Billing is handled through our payment providers. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Uses
You must use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the policies of the networks and providers we rely on. The AUP supplements these Terms. Detailed rules are set out in the AUP; if they conflict with these Terms, the stricter restriction applies.
The following is a summary of primary prohibited uses (non-exhaustive):
- unauthorized cross-border network access (“circumvention” / similar uses), and cross-border VPN, outbound proxy, or equivalent forwarding services;
- malware, trojans, unauthorized remote-control (“botnet”) infrastructure;
- hosting or distributing pornography;
- content that is politically sensitive or otherwise not lawful to publish;
- cybercrime / underground-economy activity, or clear violations of law or public order;
- open-proxy resale, phishing, credential theft, or fraud infrastructure;
- unauthorized scanning or intrusion, spam / abuse of third-party services, or regulated activities (e.g. gambling or financial services) without required licenses;
- when exposing NAS, Emby / personal media libraries, or similar storage via tunnels, you remain solely responsible for any unlawful content;
- attacking the platform, evading quotas, interfering with other customers, or unreasonably consuming resources.
The full prohibited-use list and enforcement rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, or where required by law, with or without notice where permitted.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are solely responsible for content and conduct exposed through your Tunnels.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and the AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the relevant pages. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
